Well before I go to bed I need to get this rant off my chest…
Getting bad customer service infuriates me. I pride myself on giving great customer service. Working in the financial world for as long as I have I know how to put out fires, how to build bridges, how to do my job. Well, as I’ve learned today not everyone carries those same qualities.

Ouch.
This is day three of my eye lids being swollen. I’m not sure how or why it happened. I’ve tried several SEVERAL medications, creams, eye drops but nothing seems to work. I’m not wearing any new make-up, I haven’t touched anything I shouldn’t have. So WTH?
I wish I had one of those eye cooling masks that I could freeze and rest nicely on my poor lids. Ugh.
